Laboratory Services
REDA Water team has qualified chemists who can conduct multiple water analyses according to international analytical standards such as ASTM, Standard Methods for Water & Wastewater, ISO, and others.
Water analysis includes normal water quality parameters and advanced water samples require special instruments. In addition, REDA has dedicated R&D Laboratories to conduct special research studies related to water chemistry, corrosion, and dose optimizations. Let us present each service category.

B. Special Instruments used in Water Analysis
There are different analytical instruments are used by the REDA Water team or through third-party laboratories which used for specific testing requirements. Below analytical instruments are used in water analysis for their specific applications:
Instrument Testing Application
Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) Used for high-accuracy elemental analysis and metals in water samples
Inductively Coupling Plasma (ICP) Used for ultra-low range of elemental analysis and metal detection in water samples
Ion Chromatography (IC) Used for ultra-low range detection of anions and cations in water samples
H-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Used for ultra-low range detection of organics in water samples
Spectrophotometer Used for the detection of anions and cations exist in water via colorimetric methods
X-Ray Fluorescence Used for metal oxides analysis of scales and deposits sample
X-Ray Diffraction Used for the determination of compounds
Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Used for high resolution images of scales, deposits and surfaces with high magnification
Flame Photometer Used for specific elements detection at low level in water samples (Na, K, Li, Ca,
There are other instruments that can be used but will be discussed with our clients according to their needs.
